As our AI-Empowered Children's Storybook Visual GenAI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bringing our stories to life. You will combine your technical skillset with the power of AI to develop models, processes and worflows to create captivating illustrations that resonate with our young audience. Your work will directly contribute to our goal of providing parents with tools and skills to support their children's education and upbringing.port their children's education and upbringing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and fine-tune generative AI models to create high-quality, personalized illustrations for children's storybooks.
- Design and implement workflows and processes that optimize AI-generated illustrations to align with narrative content.
- Collaborate with writers, illustrators, and educators to ensure visuals match the tone, values, and themes of the stories.
- Ensure that AI-generated content adheres to ethical and creative guidelines focused on child-friendly designs and nurturing morals.
- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest developments in generative AI for visual arts, specifically in children's storytelling.
- Enhance and refine the visual style of the storybooks based on user feedback and market trends.
- Assist in integrating AI models into the company's publishing workflow to enable easy personalization by end-users.
- Troubleshoot and improve the performance and accuracy of AI-generated content in alignment with creative objectives.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
