Reports to:
Director, Engineering

**Responsibilities**:
- Design, implement, and test new product features, and in addition, maintain and improve existing ones.- Write clear, high-quality, optimized, and maintainable code.- Provide support, and help identify and debug issues in production.- Contribute to designing product features and core business logic.- Implement mathematical models and algorithms in production-quality code.- Write and maintain comprehensive test cases.- Interact regularly with Product Managers, Quants, Tech Ops Engineers etc,...

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java programming.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a similar quantitative field.- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.- Some experience with mathematical models in finance or physical sciences.- Basic understanding of CI/CD.- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.- Passion for learning new technologies and concepts.

Desirable Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Experience in building trading/risk systems.- CFA or Master's degree in quantitative finance.
