**Job Title : Sales Support Specialist (B2C)**
As our sales function, the Sales Support Specialist at MIJ Hub offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact as an individual contributor. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a customer-centric environment and is eager to leverage their extensive retail sales experience in a dynamic and innovative setting.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive sales across all MIJ brands, focusing on student enrollment, donations, and product sales.
- Utilize HubSpot to manage customer data, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with campaigns, prepare sales materials, and ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Coordinate with other departments to support smooth and efficient sales operations.
- Implement strategies to upsell and cross-sell products, fostering customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Actively gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the sales process and offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**:Minimum of 3 years in retail sales or a customer-facing sales role, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- **Sales Expertise**:Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals, upsell, and meet targets.
- **Customer Engagement**:Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for building rapport and fostering long-term customer relationships.
- **Organizational Skills**:Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- **Problem-Solving**:Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and concerns.
- **Tech Proficiency**:Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot), and a good grasp of digital tools to track and manage customer interactions.
- **Team Collaboration**:Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, particularly marketing, to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
