**Key Responsibilities**
- **Automation Development**:Design and maintain automation scripts using Ansible, Python, and PowerShell to improve operational workflows.
- **Environment Management**:Manage and optimize automation solutions across Linux, Windows, Core OS, and RHEL environments.
- **Cloud Integration**:Collaborate with cloud technologies such as Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) and AWS for deployment and management.
- **CI/CD Pipeline Integration**:Integrate Ansible playbooks into CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes.
- **Security & Compliance**:Implement security best practices for Ansible, including credential and secrets management. Ensure that automation complies with organizational security and compliance policies.
- **Documentation & Training**:Develop and maintain documentation for Ansible playbooks, configurations, and related processes. Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers on Ansible best practices and automation strategies.
- **Monitoring & Performance Optimization**:Continuously monitor the performance of automation processes, making improvements where necessary to reduce errors and downtime.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**:5 years of proven experience as an Ansible Automation Engineer or similar role.
- **Technical Skills**:
Proficiency in Ansible, including playbook development, role creation, and module usage.
Strong scripting skills in Python, YAML, AngularJS, and PowerShell; knowledge of Java and Groovy is a plus.
Experience with Linux, Windows, Core OS, and RHEL environments.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as OCP and AWS.
Experience with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.
Familiarity with version control systems like GitLab, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and JIRA.
Experience with Terraform and CloudFormation for cloud resource management.
Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Understanding of networking concepts, including VLANs, firewalls, and ports.
- **Soft Skills**:
Excellent communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with API integration and JSON handling.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
- Knowledge of security best practices in automation
