**FREELANCE COPYWRITER**

**The role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Content planning across designated clients, with final editorial approval and control.
- Planning, writing and editing high quality copy and copy platforms for different channels across all clients especially digital and social.
- Building and reviewing content plans and strategies, including creation and management of editorial calendars for digital and social communications.
- Play a key role in the MOI pitch and new business team and make presentations to clients when required.

**Skills**:

- 3-5 years agency experience
Ability to adapt message platforms and copy for different vertical sectors - financial services, public sector, retail, manufacturing etc - using the correct terminology and referencing the latest industry trends and challenges.
- Ability to write copy for SEO purposes.
- Ability to turn sometimes complex technical content into easily understood and engaging copy.
- Experience in social media writing, including blogging.
- Able to write within brand guidelines and a defined tone of voice.
- Strong client facing communicator, confident in asking questions and leading client copy-briefing calls.
- Happy working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment across multiple projects.
- Great time management and self-motivation skills.
- Communicating effectively with all department.
- To show the highest attention to detail in quality of finish.
- To be able to work in a collaborative environment, helping to brainstorm ideas.
- To be able to input into the creative process.

Location: Singapore

Office hours: Usually 9am - 6pm. However, due to workload and International client demands this could change.
