Seniors Care Associate

**Job Summary**:Delivers Home Personal Care services to frail elderly so that they can age-in-place.
**Responsibilities**:
- Befriend and build rapport with clients.
- Provide housekeeping service and maintain a safe and clean home environment by performing the following task if needed:
- Clean toilet/bathroom, floor and sink
- Change bed sheet and curtain as required.
- Hand wash clothing as required
- Empty urinal/commode
- Basic pest control
- Provide personal hygiene service such as bathing /sponging, oral hygiene, trimming of finger/toenails, grooming and/or cutting hair, basic skin and foot care.
- Accompany client or run errands (e.g. pay bills, buy grocery) for clients.
- Under the direction of the nurse, assist in medical compliance such as medication packing and monitor medication compliance, simple wound management, monitoring of BP/BSL.
- Under the direction of the therapist, assist in therapy maintenance exercises.
- Update supervisor on client status, progress and health changes.Other responsibilities
- Assist in Meals-on-Wheels and Medical Escort services.
- Provide administrative support such as update of case records and filing of documents.
