**Job Overview**:
GCB Cocoa Singapore is a trading company that is responsible for the marketing and procurement for its factory based in Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia and Batam, Indonesia. We are currently seeking a **Corporate Communications Executive **to support on Global communications projects and materials. This position will get to work with multiple departments across different countries to support in their communications needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the development and implementation of internal and external communication strategies for the organisation.
- Manage and grow the Group LinkedIn page to expand its social reach. This includes brainstorming, copywriting, producing LinkedIn communication materials and assets and analyzing metrics.
- Assist in up keeping of the company SharePoint platform and maintaining of company website.
- Creating, updating and maintenance of presentation slides, templates and materials.
- Drafting and proof-reading of written materials such as press releases, company statements, articles, website and LinkedIn content, external policies and procedures.
- Develop and design corporate assets such as product images and brochures, company reports, artworks, corporate videos.
- Develop, manage, and upkeep the organisation’s media library.
- Liaise and manage external vendors or agencies if necessary.
- Other ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Possess a good Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Arts/Humanities, or Business Administration.
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or other related job scopes; experience in B2B communications preferred.
- Experience working with PowerPoint and design software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and video editing software.
- Experience with Microsoft suite, Google sites and online collaboration tools.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English with an eye for design and detail.
