**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Community Engagement | Event Execution**
- Execution - On-site set up, facilitation and execution of community events with support from marketing team
- Ad-hoc works in relation to community engagement programmes

**Marketing Campaign Execution**
- Execution - On-site set up, facilitation and execution of marketing campaigns with support from marketing team
- Ad-hoc works in relation to marketing campaigns

**Tenant Engagement**
- On-site engagement with tenants to gather feedback in support of marketing and community engagement programmes and events
- To be the go-to person for all tenants (marketing, community engagement and customer service)
- To bridge the communication gap between tenants and the different departments
- On-site communication and education to tenants about the mechanics/details of any marketing campaigns and community events
- Gather insights through feedback to improve on processes, execution of events/marketing campaigns

**Operation Site-Walk**
- Report on the tenants' operation status and feedback to management
- Identify any operation issues, recommend feasible solutioning, report to management and seek to address solutioning with key departments including but not limited to Property Management
- For instance: Facility damage, water leaking, fire etc, site cleanliness, roller shutters operations

**ABOUT YOU**
- Diploma from recognized institution and/or equivalent experience in the hospitality, F&B industry
- Proficient at English
- Customer Service orientated personality. Passionate to connect with people and the community
- Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask projects
- Eye for details, ability to manage tasks efficiently and effectively
- Enjoy creating great experience, and thrive at continually growing relationships
