**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop shop drawings for fabrication.
- Prepare structural drawings for Pe endorsement.
- Ensure compliance of quality standards in ISO 128 drawings.
- Provide timely technical assistance and solutions to the team.
- Participate in project meetings as required.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Architecture/interior, CAD/BIM.
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in the related field.
- Proficient in AutoCad and Revit.
- Knowledge in sketchup and Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude & a good team player.
- Able to work independently with little or no supervision required.
