Job Responsibilities-
- Track and manage versions of documents- Consolidate and manage all such technical documents in a centralized storage location provided by the company- Develop and implement processes for document control- Ensure proper categorization and organization of documents- Participate in meetings and record, review and distribute minutes of meetings
Job Requirements
Education & Certification- Applicant must be a full-time matriculated student.- Internship should contribute to school graduation requirements
Experience- Familiarity with basic documentation tools is a plus
Other Prerequisites- Meticulous, resourceful, organized, and able to work independently- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency in documentation- Proactive and able to take initiative in identifying gaps and proposing improvements
