**Work Matters**

I. Boiler Engineer (Mechanical)

1. Carry out technical discussion/meetings with the client

2. Carry out technical discussions/meetings with the shipyard

3. Carry out technical discussion, clarification, and meeting with sub-contractors

4. Attend onsite boiler inspection

5. Operate borescope for boiler inspection

6. Prepare a technical report of the boiler inspection from an engineering point of view

7. Establish a repair plan and propose clients

8. Establish a bill of materials for boiler repair

9. Technical clarification with class surveyors

II. Boiler Engineer (Automation)

1. Carry out technical discussions/meetings with the client

2. Carry out technical discussions/meetings with the shipyard

3. Carry out technical discussion, clarification, and meetings with sub-contractors

4. Attend onsite boiler inspection from the automation side

5. Troubleshooting and adjustment of boiler combustion, transmitters

6. Prepare technical report of the boiler inspection from an engineering point of view

7. Cabling works

8. Establish a repair plan and propose clients

9. Establish a bill of materials for boiler repair

10. Draft E&I drawings

11. Technical clarification with class surveyors

III. Onsite Repair Manager

1. Organize and manage onsite workers

2. Prepare and check tools, consumables, and materials for onsite works

3. Communicate, and attend meetings with clients, shipyard, and ship engineers

4. Supervise workers

5. Quality control of onsite work

6. Preparation of repair report

IV. Project Manager

1. Project management of onsite repair/upgrade projects

2. Relevant procurement works and vendor communication

3. Arrangement/order labor

4. Cost Control

5. Communication with local agents to dispatch manpower and proceed with onsite works

6. Communicate, and attend meetings with clients, shipyard, and ship engineers

(Both onsite and remote)

7. Logistic works to send tools, materials

8. Establish a draft invoice for the client after the completion of the work

V. Inside Sales Engineer

1. Make quotations

2. Communicate/attend meetings with relevant station PIC in Harris Pye Group

3. Technical clarification, attend meetings for quotation works

4. Preparation of supporting documentation of quotation

5. Establish a specific onsite work plan

6. Resister job opportunity into group system
