**Role Overview**
- Understanding how data drives the business

- Presenting findings to stakeholders

The data analyst intern will be able to analyze data from various channels, including online and in-store purchases, traffic, and customer insights. They will use this data to identify patterns and trends and make recommendations to improve the customer experience. They will also be able to create reports and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders in the company and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and the operations team, to develop and implement strategies based on customer data.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, & communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Drive Tools (Sheet/Doc/Slides)
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Google Data Studio, Tableau)
- Experience with statistical analysis tools is a plus.
- Proactive, resourceful, and an excellent team player
- Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
- Have a passion for e-commerce & retail businesses
