As a member of our team, you will be exposed to the world of blockchain, cryptocurrency, all things X-to-Earn, and other projects in Web 3.0. Our project is backed by some of the most respectable and connected investors, advisors and partners in the blockchain space and we're growing our family
Our team is based in Singapore and would prefer someone who is also based here.
**Job Brief**
As a key member of our BD and Partnerships team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a partnerships strategy for key products and aspects of our business. You will identify and pitch creative partnership opportunities to potential partners, as well as maintain and grow relationships with current partners. In addition, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales leads to drive revenue growth for our project, and negotiating and closing deals with potential partners and clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a partnerships strategy for key products and aspects of our Web3 project, including event sponsorship sales, NFT sales, and membership sales
- Identify and pitch creative partnership opportunities to potential partners
- Maintain and grow relationships with current partners
- Stay up to date on the latest and greatest in the Web3 space, constantly seeking out new opportunities for our project to thrive
- Identify and pursue new sales leads to drive revenue growth for our project
- Negotiate and close deals with potential partners and clients
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, and sales, preferably in the Web3 or technology space
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A natural networker with the ability to foster long-lasting partnerships
- A passion for driving innovation in the Web3 space
**Key Skills**:
- Out-of-the-box thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
- A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to change
- A desire to constantly learn and stay up to date on the latest trends and developments in the Web3 space
- Strong sales skills and the ability to identify and pursue new leads
