We are looking for a flexi hours/hybrid work/part time from home or school (approx 16-20hours per week).

We are looking for dedicated Principal/Assistant Principal with a progressive mindset.

**Key Points**:

- Loves to work with Children and fellow Team Members with a progressive mindset.
- Be part of the management team to drive school expansion and meet ECDA requirements.
- To be a bridge between management and our preschool team.
- Work on monitoring, developing/maintaining/executing an interesting, fun, lively and progressive lesson plan for children.
- In charge of preschool enrollment and parent engagement.
- Team members duty roster, monitor and vetting of lesson plans, lesson evaluation, portfolios, coaching of team members, staff performance management and appraisal.
- Work in a fun filled environment with team mates that work together as a team. We emphasize team-work through overseas team building trips.
- This is Flexi-time role (work hours, work from home hours -open for discussion, approx 16hours/week).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,600.00 - $2,400.00 per month
