We are looking for Sales Executive (Online Marketplace) to join our close knit family

We are a team dealing with leather goods and watches, providing restoration services globally.

We are need chatty or outspoken individual like you who enjoy interacting with people and has an interest for sales and customer service.

You should have an interest working with high / mid-high end luxurious goods and enjoy dealing with this market segment.

The job scope includes:

- Create and maintain online content
- Manage order processing, fulfilment and returns
- Respond to all online customer queries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Visiting customer's homes for sales visits from time to time
- Be part of a sales team and work towards achieving monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with team members oversea to update stocks availability
- Be well aware of all online shopping / trading platform
- Knows the full line of sales operations for online marketplace
- Has experience in setting up and managing accounts in various marketplace platforms

Minimum Requirements:

- Passionate about marketplace
- At least 6 months' experience in a similar role
- Diploma holders preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Team player
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast pace and fast changing environment under stress
