Singapore SEATRIUM (SG) PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Enforces company rules and regulation and requirements of the Port Facility Security Plan
- Drafts and maintains company procedures and risk assessment, ensuring company procedures, risk assessments and instructions are followed and updated when necessary
- Coordinates with Training Department for training courses, seminars, workshops or similar for Security Department personnel
- Recommends Training Learning Plan (TLP) / Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) for Security Department personnel and submit to Training Department, annually
- Coordinates with Training & Human Resource Departments to conduct Security Awareness Briefings to employees (including interns)
- Updates Security Awareness Briefing materials as and when there changes and when there are new information received.
- Develops and maintains Training Packages for Security Personnel, including method of disseminating training materials to Security Department personnel
- Keeps training records for Security Department personnel updated and readily available when required by regulators
- Updates Security Department name list monthly, with PLRD Pass number
- Checks Licence One website monthly on PLRD SO Grade of all employees and update at monthly security dept meetings
- Drafts ‘Security Notices’ relating to Security Awareness for sharing to the workforce through broadcast or posters
- Participates in organization & conduct of security drills for the purpose of reviewing and updating of Training Package Performs other assignments as assigned by Security Manager

**Requirements**:

- 4 years of relevant working experience in a training capacity. Example: ex-police officers/auxiliary police officers who held positions as division or unit in-service training officers or training officers from security agencies
- Familiar with operational security processes and measures against security threats
- Good interview and report writing skills
- Self-motivated and able to work with mínimal supervision Physically fit to perform training classes on site, at operational areas, seminar style or in classroom setting
