Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the studio and manage it in a meticulous and organized manner
- Maintain current and accurate records according to company policy and SOP
- Assist in planning and development of proper curriculum, lesson plans, teaching props, and classroom set up for both Art and Craft programs and services
- Handle all customer enquiries and expectations, including prompt follow up and proper closure of enquiries when required.
- Drive student enrollment by promoting the key features and benefits of our programs, products and services
- Work with the Marketing Team to develop effective marketing and promotions on an on-going basis to hit sales target
- Work with Happy Collaborators to run workshops and events
- Handle student registrations, payments, class scheduling, student attendance and system updates
- Plan and maintain inventory and proper records and reorder when required
- Work closely with teachers to understand the progress of the students
- Develop good relationships with parents and update them on their children’s learning progress
- Plan and implement the showcasing and proper storage of students' artworks
- Ensure the safety and appropriate behavior of students in the studio
- Conduct regular inspection of classrooms to ensure a safe, clean and conducive learning environment
- Support or perform other ad-hoc or new projects or duties that may be assigned from time to time
- Fine Art-related working experience is preferred
- Passionate in Art Education
- Good communication skills
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills
- A good team player and able to work independently
- Good with kids
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
- Meticulous, organized and good time management skills
