Strategy & Program Management Lead, Access to Care

Then come in and join our global team as **Strategy & Program Management, Access to Care (AtC) **to **lead global Access to Care strategy and program management activities in support of developing a scalable and sustainable business for Siemens Healthineers. Be the central go-to-person for strategy topics (including HK, KPI development, etc.) and execution of AtC operating model. **Your tasks and responsibilities**: **Develop, optimize, and maintain strategic plan and operational model for AtC program on global basis** - **Drive and coordinate strategy development including long term AtC roadmap **in alignment with ST team. - **Develop and maintain country wave roll out plans **, updating as necessary for lessons learned and further optimization over time. - **Develop and manage program operational model and tracking **including appropriate KPIs and regular HK alignment with HBAs and Regions. - **Prepare milestone plan and resource needs (FTEs, budget, etc.) **to implement access to care strategy. - **Ensure scalability **of approach and coordinate efforts across SHS entities. **Support regular communication of project progress to stakeholders/ facilitate steering** - **Update **QBU/ steering committee/ key internal stakeholders regularly, escalate topics when needed and facilitate decision making. - Lead and optimize **all business and KPI reporting **with particular attention to achievement vs AtC business case. **Your qualifications and experiences**: - **Leader **with > **5 years **Siemens Healthineers' tenure and **deep under-standing of **and **ability to navigate **organization. - **Previous strategic program development and management experience.**: - **Able to take concept and idea and translate into operational model that both achieves objectives and provides necessary transparency.**: - **Globally connected **across Healthineers entities (Regions, HBAs, and functions). - **Able to drive business progress in a measurable way including short-term goals (GtM) as well as mid-term business building.**: - **Strong program management and communication skills, experienced managing complex global strategic programs. **Our global team: We are a team of 66,000 highly dedicated employees across more than 70 countries passionately pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in healthcare to help improve people’s lives around the world.
