**What will I be doing?**:
**Talent Acquisition & Recruitment**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to final offers.
- Collaborate with departmental heads to understand role requirements and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and partnerships.

**Onboarding**:

- Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for all new hires.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to facilitate training sessions for new employees.
- Maintain up-to-date onboarding materials and resources, ensuring they align with company culture and values.

**System Administration**:

- Administer and optimize the HRIS system, ensuring seamless operations and data integrity.
- Collaborate with the IT department for any system updates, patches, or potential issues, ensuring mínimal disruption to HR processes

**HR Strategy & Administration**:

- Collaborate with leadership to craft HR strategies that are in sync with organizational objectives.
- Meticulously maintain and update employee records within our HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

**What is required of me?**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in human resources or a related role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor legislation and modern HR practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Stellar interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
- Unwavering commitment to handling sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
