**Mission**
Develop the DIGIMIND Geography vision and 1Y plan embracing the Geo/countries landscape, deliver the 1 year business plan while developing GEO human capital & ecosystem.
**Role description**
Business:
- Build the common vision and long-term plan for the Geo, leveraging understanding of Geo landscape and industry value of DIGIMIND solutions.
- Develop, consolidate and share globally the local landscape intelligence ( Economy & business environment / Market & Industries 0/ Players)
- Propose to the Executive Committee an appropriate business strategy
- Execute the agreed plan with local team, leveraging the global functions operational model.
- Drive the business in the Geo : sales plans, and lead execution
- Deliver Revenue Gross/Net
- Drive the Geo diversification
Assess performance and productivity:
- Ensure business alignment and operational excellence.
- Expand our networks and mindshare with government bodies, institutions, academia & C-level executives
- Sponsor the establishment of local alliances as the business requires
- Drive external ecosystem from the capacity and capabilities point of view and manage consulting firms
- Manage all local resources through the local management
- Ensure appropriate alignment with the global functions management operations
- Foster the quality, performance and collaborative behavior of teams
- Guarantee compliance and the highest standards of ethical conduct in everything we do
- Care for customers, partners & users satisfaction
