Senior Physiotherapist

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise physiotherapists and support staff to ensure high standards of care.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols, policies, and best practices aligned with evidence-based medicine.
- Oversee daily operations of the clinic, including patient scheduling, resource management, and quality assurance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, healthcare providers, and patients.
- Monitor and improve patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
- Stay current with advancements in musculoskeletal physiotherapy through ongoing education and research.
- Contribute to business development, marketing strategies, and community outreach to grow the clinic.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physiotherapy.
- AHPC Full Registration
- Minimum of 6 years experience in physiotherapy with at least 3 years of relevant musculoskeletal practice.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Pay: $5,200.00 - $7,400.00 per month
