We are expanding and we are looking for passionate, customer service-oriented **Beauty Sales Consultant.**
- Handle inquiries from customers
- Offering professional consultation and advice on beauty aesthetic treatments
- To provide excellent customer service
- Build and establish good relationship with customers
- To demonstrates highest standard and quality professional beauty services to customer including after sales service
- Work closely with team to achieve the sales objectives
- In addition to promote our products & services, you will be responsible for providing advice and education on our full offering of beauty solutions
- Ensure all enquiries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally
- Managing inventory
- Developing in-store marketing and promotion strategies
- Building relationships with clients through PR activities
- Providing detailed daily reports for the management
- Maintaining customer retention initiatives
- Other admin duties assigned by the management

**Job Requirement**:

- Sales driven and result oriented
- Must be able to provide appropriate face and body consultation and recommend the right treatment
- Must have experience with beauty therapies and possess strong knowledge of skin and body treatments
- Experience in performing body treatments (_Cryolipolysis, Radio Frequency etc_) is a MUST
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Well-groomed and service-oriented with pleasant disposition
- Good team player, fast learner & able to work independently
- Strong at articulating ideas
- Able to think quickly under pressure
- Work within a internal team effectively
- Possess good organizational skills
- Eye for detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Must be willing to work on weekends
