**Roles & Responsibilities
Primary Information:

- Transportation and Mobile Phone Reimbursement
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (10am - 7pm)
- Location: Tai Seng

**Responsibilities**:

- You will be reporting to the Managing Director of the Company.
- Generally responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy of the brand.
- Work closely with team members in Business Development and Solutions to provide creative and effective content for the Company.
- Plan and execute all web, SEO, marketing database, social media platform.
- Assist in content writing for marketing collaterals, presentation and website.
- Assist and edit short videos production (if possible).
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate both B2B and B2C customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Work collaboratively with the different departments to identify opportunities, conceptualise and execute digital content that is aligned with the brand's goals and objectives.
- Help conduct surveys for clients and obtain client feedback on our POS solution.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Marketing and experience will be a plus.
- Good to have skills include, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Microsoft Office.
- Looking for individuals with ability to speak and write in Chinese to cater to our growing Chinese-speaking customer base.
