Assist in planning for tenant-mix and conduct site show-rounds.
- Manage administrative duties, e.g., prospecting for new tenants, working with appointed agents, and with existing tenants.
- Handle lease negotiations for new leases and renewals for accounts assigned.
- Conduct daily site inspections in properties assigned to ensure tenants adhere to all lease terms and conditions.
- Undertake any lease administration tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- Handle the processing and documentation of lease agreements and any other administrative aspects of leasing.
- Check invoices issued to the tenants.
- Monitor the collection/payment of rental by tenants.
- Follow-up on tenants’ feedback and complaints.
- Investigate and follow up with appropriate methodology and effect defect rectification works.
- Liaise and co-ordinate with contractors/vendors to ensure that their maintenance works/service delivery are completed on time and as per contract requirements and agreed KPIS.
- Monitor fitting-out works carried out to ensure the house rules and prescribed safety standard are complied.
- Follow-up with tenants on compliance of authorities’ requirement before commencement of business.
- Monitor, track and manage the service delivery standard and work quality of term contractors.
- Liaise with consultants and contractors for cyclical replacement of building elements and improvement works.
- Execution of Capex projects

**_Requirements _**
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Meticulous, resourceful, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in real estate firms will be advantageous
- Inventive, self-driven and articulate
- Possess excellent negotiating skills
- Working under duress and meeting deadlines
