As a Solutions Assistant (Post Sales) in Singapore, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers and partners, playing a crucial role in achieving Milestone's mission of excellent customer and partner satisfaction. This is a 6-month contract position. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will help ensure a seamless post-sales experience.
**As the Solutions Assistant (Post Sales), your responsibilities will include**:
- Develop a thorough understanding of Milestone's products and tools.
- Provide technical support via phone and chat to our customers and partners.
- Ensure all relevant communications, documents, and files related to each case are accurately archived in the support system.
- Meet predetermined targets and uphold the professional representation of Milestone.
- Act as the initial point of contact for basic/simple customer-facing issues, typically handled by the Partner or the Milestone Help-Desk.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic functionality failures, such as video not recording or installation failures.
- Address product or Windows environment error messages with effective solutions.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the team lead/manager.
- Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of IP networks.
- Basic understanding of storage technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Technical understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and relevant technologies.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to tackle increasingly challenging assignments, always aiming for a positive outcome.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle conflicts constructively and recover effectively from dissatisfied customer situations.
- Superior communication skills and fluency in English, both verbal and written.
