**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and inspect all Civil and Structural (C&S) works to ensure full compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve site-related issues pertaining to civil, structural, and Archi works.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
- Identify and report any deviations or non-conformities to the RE/SRE/QP in a timely manner, and follow up to ensure that corrective actions are properly implemented.
- Prepare and submit daily site reports, inspection checklists, and related documentation accurately and on time.
- Ensure that all works comply with relevant statutory regulations, codes of practice, and industry standards.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in A&A building works, as well as HDB, JTC, and LTA projects.
- Registered Resident Technical Officer (C&S) with IES or ACES.
- Sound knowledge of BCA regulations, local codes, and workplace safety requirements.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
