**Responsibilities** - Design and assist the development of cyber range system - Design and build cyber range training materials covering both IT/OT attack vectors - Design and create CTF (Capture-the-Flag) exercises - Run live training sessions for Blue team and Red team - Integrate new security technologies into the range infrastructure - Perform remote and on-site cyber range deployment, training, and customization - Deliver presentation and training to both technical and non-technical audiences **Skills and Experience** - Mandatory: SIEM and log management tools - QRadar, Splunk, ArcSight, etc - Mandatory: Firewalls - Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Checkpoint, PFSense, etc - Mandatory: Windows server, desktop, and Active Directory administration - Mandatory: Linux system administration - Mandatory: Network, Windows and Linux logging and forensics - Mandatory: Strong understanding of MITRE ATT&CK framework for Enterprise and ICS - Mandatory: Basic skills in python, powershell, golang, and C# - Mandatory: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience (cyber range preferred) - Preferred: Extensive knowledge of red team principles - Preferred: In-depth knowledge of network protocols - Preferred: In-depth understanding of cyber security fundamentals - Preferred: Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or equivalent - Preferred: CREST Certified Simulated Attack Specialist/Manager, or other red-team certifications **Soft Skills** - Experience in training or mentoring security teams - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills - Good command in both Written and Spoken English - Coordinate, communicate, and work with multiple different teams - Able to work under pressure with positive attitude towards the team - Must be able to travel abroad **Benefits**: - Dental insurance - Health insurance Schedule: - Monday to Friday Work Location: Remote
