**Major functions**
The Senior Programme Executive provides support and assistance to the Conservation and Science Department of WWF-Singapore on multiple projects, activities and tasks as required. The post-holder works across the organisation - including with Operations, Fundraising and Communications, and with local and overseas partners - providing conservation support.

**Major duties & responsibilities**:

- Provide support and assistance in the identification, establishment and day-to-day management of field project investments in the region and Singapore.
- Review Technical Progress Reports from implementing project teams (overseas and in Singapore), and coordinate and attend updates with project partners. Record and distribute project updates internally.
- Support projects - including conservation, fundraising and communications work - by performing conservation fact-checking, using scientific evidence as required.
- Undertake and/or participate in research projects as/when required. This may include report and paper drafting, internal review, statistical analysis dependent on the scope of the research.
- Represent department in cross-programme management teams and discussions with local and regional partners as required.
- Organise and coordinate meetings and workshops with internal staff, external colleagues and partners.
- Represent WWF at meetings, workshops, public speaking opportunities, media engagement (including filming and interview opportunities) and working or focus groups locally and internationally as required.
- Reach out to and maintain relationships with partners such as government agencies, NGOs, private sector stakeholders and donors as required.
- Conduct local citizen science and/or public outreach and training e.g. guided walks, talks, data collection as required.
- Generate and analyse data and descriptive statistics in relation to a) work relevant to conservation activities, and b) project activities.
- Identification of funding opportunities (in collaboration with fundraising team colleagues) and assistance in writing funding proposals.
- Fact checking and finalisation of communications and outreach materials, such as education programmes and external presentations.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.

**Required qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences or related fields.
- Demonstrated knowledge of sustainability, conservation and related topics.
- At least two years of project management experience in conservation, sustainability, natural resource management or related fields.
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
- Good people management, engagement, and networking skills.
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of information from various departments and stakeholders and present information in a structured and consistent way.

- Have great organisational skills, attention and dedication to details.
- Be able to handle coordination of various stakeholders on complex projects.

- Manage projects and collaborations with external partners where there are multiple and competing priorities.
