Sales Trainer

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement effective training programs for sales staff at all levels.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars either in-person or virtually
- Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
- Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking.
- Maintain and update existing training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and make improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with sales managers to identify areas for skill development and provide targeted coaching.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales training and incorporate them into our training programs.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of proven sales training
- Experience in sales advantageous
- Collaborative nature with the ability to work effectively within a team or solo, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
