**_PART A: Duties & Responsibilities_**
- Provide recommendation for destination(s), modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations base on customers’ requests & interests
- Provide information on travel visa & insurance
- Prepare and update of promotional & display materials
- Liaise with the airlines, overseas ground tours and transportation operators for travel arrangement
- Handle travel operations including reservations of tours & hotels, air ticketing, travel coordination and customer support
- Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time

**_PART B: Experience & Skill-set required_**

1) Minimum Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality studies or relevant Field

2) Fresh graduates are welcome or possess some experiences in tourism & hospitality sectors

3) Must be willing to work on shift, weekend and public holidays

4) Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills

5) Knowledge of MS Office

6) Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment with mínimal supervision and able to handle work pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Late shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
