**Position: Senior / Sales Associate
**Employment Information**:

- Full time, Yearly renewable contract, 5 days work week
- 8.30am to 5.30pm

We are urgently seeking a self-motivated and meticulous Senior / Sales Associate to join our team. Your key role is in managing documentation, coordinating logistics and maintaining smooth communication between internal departments and external partners

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle and coordinate sales enquiries and orders
- Provide operational support including arranging of Letters of Credit (L/C), shipping documents and sales invoices
- Proactively coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues, ensuring a seamless and efficient sales process for our valued customers
- Attend to guest visits independently

**Requirements**:

- Minimally a GCE “O” level pass or SPM equivalent. A pass in both English and Maths is a must
- At least 2 years of sales coordination experience is preferred
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Good communication skills with a positive attitude and attention to details
- Proficient in English and preferably in Mandarin, for communicating with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and customers
- Experience in handling L/C, B/L, C/O and banking documents is preferred
- Good computer skills
- Willingness to travel when necessary
