**Key Responsibilities**:

- Educate, train and support physicians, hospital personnel and hospital staff on technical matters related to clinical products and procedures through conducting and/or coordinating training sessions and clinical education programs.
- Work independently in the areas of valve crimping, case management, pre-case planning, post-case management, patient screening, and clinical education programs.
- Partner with Marketing team to develop key opinion leaders in the market who will work with Edwards for the development of Education and Training.
- Collaborate with THV Business Unit Managers to develop focused education plans for key accounts and potential accounts to support sales strategies.
- Establish solid relationships with appropriate levels of clinical/management in hospitals by offering Education Excellence.
- Lead the strategy and implementation of Edwards THV Teaching Centers of Excellence across JAPAC region.
- Other duties assigned by Leadership

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's Degree in in Life Sciences or related field.
- 4 - 8 years’ experience in clinician education, patient education, product specialist or management role required.

**Additional Skills**:

- Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills
- English language skills required - fluency in Mandarin a plus
- Extensive clinical skills preferably medically trained to ICU/CCU, Cath lab or OR-nurse/technician level. - Clinical skills specifically in cardiac surgery or interventional cardiology preferred
- Ability to handle complex projects and demonstrates problem solving and judgment skills
- Ability to travel in high frequency
- Experience working in and successfully navigating within a matrix organization.
- Good level of commercial skills and business acumen
- Good analytical, detail-oriented, organized and information seeking skills
- Good organization and time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others.
