Job Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of customer service staff and IT staff, including supply chain deliveries.
- To attend promptly to customers' in-coming calls, orders.
- Check data entry, filing and scanning of documents.
Job Requirements
- Good communication, coordination skills with customer and delivery staff.
- Ability to multi-task and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A strong team player with positive work attitude and committed to work duties and responsibilities.
Working hours : Mon to Fri : 8.30am to 5pm ; Sat : 8.30am to 1pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $1,600.00 - $2,200.00 per month
