**Key Responsibilities**:

- Despatching documents to designated locations promptly and accurately.
- Collecting documents from various sources as instructed by the management.
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail within the organization.
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all business documents.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience as a Despatch Rider or in a similar role preferred.
- Familiarity with routes in CBD/town.
- The ability to manage multiple despatch related tasks.
- High level of responsibility and reliability.
- Knowledge on use of Franking Machine is preferred.
- Possession of personal transport, such as a motorcycle, is an added advantage.

**Work Day**:

- 5 work days (Monday - Friday)
