We have an exciting opportunity for a Solutions Architect/Lead to join us in Singapore to cover our public sector space. - Work with sales leads to understand the customer IT landscape and business priorities to identify and position appropriate solutions - Determine the best technical solution after due evaluation - Provide specifications according to which solutions are to defined, managed and delivered - Lead the overall solution across various different Service Lines (Enterprise Applications, Custom Software Development, Cloud and Digital) - Develop system implementation plans, processes, solution architectures and technical architecture - Lead client proposal development and presentations - Lead solution architecture and delivery of the proposed solution at client projects; Build technical design and implementation plan; **Requirements**: - 10+ years of strong solution and delivery experience in Enterprise IT and Digital delivery programs; Pure project/program management experience will not suffice for this role. - Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and design, including architecture frameworks such as TOGAF. - Strong knowledge of technologies such as RESTful APIs, programming languages, CI/CD concepts, cloud hosting practices and big data technologies. - Experience with cloud native development solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP, PCF, OpenShift etc) - Experience in solution and delivery for clients in Singapore public sector is mandatory. - Strong relationship management and communication skills, able to navigate organizations and bring multiple stakeholders together to achieve strategic business goals - Ability to dive deep into the solution, and hands-on solution development **Let's talk about what's in it for you** Passionate people are Capgemini's Ace of Spades - join us to discover a career that will challenge, support and inspire you.
