Vp/svp, Operations Transformation Lead

About this Role
The Regional AI Solutions team within Consumer Banking Operations is responsible for driving the AI/GenAI transformation agenda within Consumer Banking operations. This includes managing the roadmap and delivery of new AI/GenAI capabilities to benefit our regional customer contact centres and regional operations processes. This team will reimagine the way customers interact with DBS, and the way that work is done within the consumer bank.
This role will lead a team to lead end to end delivery of the AI/GenAI use cases identified in the operations processing space. He/She will need to work closely with the stakeholders across the bank to ideate, plan, implement and drive these AI/Gen AI use cases and related projects across all key markets. This role will play an integral role in ensuring the success of the multi year Operations Process and Platform Re-engineering 4.0 program and be a change agent for the consumer banking operations organisation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage, solution and deliver on CBGO Gen AI Initiatives along the 5 pillars of focus for GenAI co-pilots: Servicing, Processing, Quality, Training and Analyst
- The delivery focus will be on CBGO processing use cases, including the various product lines Wealth Management Ops, Cards and Unsecured Lending, Secured Loans, Account Services, Self Service Banking and Domestic Payments
- Partner Tech, Regional Process Owners, Operations users, Regional CBGO Strategi c Initiatives, Data Chapter to design solutions to automate and rethink processes leveraging Work Flow Work Bench, AI/ML and GenAI Solutions
- Manage the end to end delivery of all processing AI/GenAI use cases along the 4D framework, from ideation to launch, as well as lead change management of the new processes
- Oversee OPPR4.0 AI/GenAI initiatives from start to finish, with accountability for the outcomes
- Track and Monitor progress and outcomes of all OPPR 4.0 AI/GenAI use cases for CBGO
- Support OPPR4.0 Programme Lead in programme management
- Implement Operational Risk Guardrails and RDU requirements into CBG Ops GenAI Uses cases with partnership with R&C, Data Chapter, RCSI and Tech
- Drive reusability in solution and design, towards scaling of GenAI solutions across product lines and locations
- Cross support the Team Head for servicing use cases (e.g. CCTR CSO Assistant and others)

**Requirements**:

- At least 10 years of digital product delivery, product management, digital product owner or business analyst experiences
- Proven effectiveness in driving complex delivery of digital products and experiences involving multi-stakeholder planning, cross-team delivery to desired results
- Strong experience working in cross-functional teams with the ability to influence key stakeholders with data-driven and insightful point of view
- Hunger to implement, discover and embed new AI/GenAI technologies along existing processes and ability to rally teams along the same vision
- Ability to operate in a VUCA environment and flexible mindset to rethink, rewire and pivot fast in order to meet the delivery objectives
- Transformational mindset and approach in driving programs of change

- Ability to act in a consultative manner with both business and tech leaders to align strategy, resources and delivery timelines
