Executive Assistant to Managing Director

The executive has various roles including community and business roles across a range of businesses and is looking for an executive assistant to be supported by.
The work can be varied ranging from following up with meetings, conducting research, building a team, to creating and executing a marketing strategy. It will also involve meeting stakeholders across different parts of the community and businesses. Being able to communicate with stakeholders of all seniority and being highly adaptable for this role will be critical.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist to represent the executive in working with stakeholders across various activities
- Assist to develop and implement strategies to grow businesses across a range of verticals including technology and education
- Work closely with the executive to build high-performing teams across each vertical
- Helping to manage timelines of activities across the businesses
- Establish business processes and frameworks to meet business KPIs
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the technology space
- Work closely with the executive on existing and new initiatives
**Job Requirements**
- Able to adapt quickly to new environments with a strong drive to succeed
- Able to manage stakeholders across a large spectrum
- Able to work independently and drive outcomes
- Able to maintain an excellent attention to detail
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, comfortable delivering exceptional work within tight deadlines
- Able to be highly resourceful with business savviness
- Able to be highly analytical and strategic
- Experience working in a fast paced environment would be ideal
- Effective communication and ability to translate ideas into action is critical
- Outstanding presentation, prioritisation, and time management skills is critical
- Able to travel on short notice if needed
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $4,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)
