**The Role**:
As an Assistant Regional Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all tax compliance and managing tax-related matters for the Group in the assigned region. You will play a key role in providing tax advisory, planning, and support to various business units, ensuring tax efficiency, compliance, and risk mitigation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage tax compliance for Singapore and international jurisdictions in collaboration with external consultants.
- Provide expert advice on all tax-related matters, including tax planning, business support, contract reviews, and cross-border transactions.
- Support the preparation and review of tax reports, taxation due diligence, and tax-related documentation.
- Offer technical tax guidance to regional and local finance teams and business units across the Group.
- Monitor, analyse, and assess the impact of proposed and newly enacted tax legislation on business operations.
- Identify tax-efficient opportunities and assist with tax strategy, business acquisitions, restructuring initiatives, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with the finance team to support tax provisioning processes.

**Job Requirements**:

- Min 6 years of relevant experience in tax management with expertise in tax accounting, compliance, and tax returns.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent, or professional tax qualifications.
- Strong attention to detail, independent work style, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- International tax exposure is an advantage.
