The International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI) sales department, which provides international healthcare products and services to its network of brokers around the world, is recruiting a Business Developer Manager to develop the network of Brokers, Financial Advisors and Agents in Indonesia.

In Asia, with over 60 dedicated professionals and 4 strategically located offices, we are committed to providing exceptional services to our valued clients in the region. As part of our focus and expansion in Indonesia, the Business Developer Manager will be in charge to support our local partners.

Directly attached to the Head of IPMI Asia, your responsibilities will be to assist and support our local intermediaries in their daily inquiries, strengthen our existing relationships and extend our network with the final objective to grow our portfolio and establish us as a preferred partner in Indonesia.

**YOUR HUMAN AND PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES FOR THIS POSITION**

For this role you will need to be independent, proactive, organized and able to take responsibilities to lead the project. Your social, communication and professional skills will help you to develop a trustful and efficient relation with our partners. Experience in insurance is required, and in IPMI, is a plus.
