**Job Summary**:
We are in search of an enthusiastic and organised individual with strong critical thinking skills to join Silverstrand as an Impact Investment Analyst. The Analyst will support the team in various business activities including:

- Origination of investment opportunities across numerous asset classes including private equity and private debt, both early-stage and late-stage companies.
- Support the due diligence and analysis process including the review of all relevant investment documentation.
- Preparation of rigorous financial models, investment memos and recommendations for investment committee approvals.
- Monitoring of portfolio performance, including impact, financial, and risk metrics and preparing monthly / quarterly / annual performance reports.
- Providing active support to the portfolio companies.
- Contributing to industry research and deal databases relevant to the existing and potential investments.

**Key Skills**:
Other requirements include:

- 2-3 years of working experience in a relevant field;
- Ability to work with Microsoft office (including excel spreadsheets) and equivalents from Google Documents;
- Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling;
- Excellent English writing and communication skills;
- Passion to contribute to the growth of social investment and nature-based solutions;
- A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy;
- A strong work ethic, integrity and ability to work with confidential information;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, motivation and energy;
- Ability to work in a small team and be flexible according to overall needs;
- Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently;
- Resourcefulness in solving problems;
- Authorisation to work in Singapore.
