**Skills & position requirements**

Understand business & marketing directives, translate brief & creative strategy into creative concepts.

Strong interior background paired with brand experience/communication experience.

Propose creative concepts for commercial interior projects (retail, F&B, workplace) & have an eye for branding & graphic.

Able to juggle with multiple projects at a time, fast pace environment.

Working hand in hand with client managers as a duo (strategy/creative) to deliver seamless experience for the client.

Having a positive attitude and proactive mindset.

Start up mentality, able to work on many different tasks at the same time, some which are not necessarily linked to job description.

Good in Adobe Creative Suite Software, 3D (SketchUp, Enscape) & AutoCad

Possess a strong interior design & technical background.

Problem-solving and decision making skills, inter-personal skills.
