**JOB DESCRIPTION**
My client is a Temasek Holdings-Linked company from the Oil & Gas / Energy industry currently seeks a Credit Specialist to join their expanding team.
Reporting to the Team Leader, the incumbent will be working in a team of 7 staffs. He / She will be responsible in two keys area: Collection & Arrears Management; and Policy Compliance. Main duties include collateral management, monitoring & reporting credit positions, mitigating financial risks, improving cash flows, ensuring bad debt are properly kept within acceptable levels, preparing credit analysis, negotiating collection plans, analysing policy exceptions, and liaising with various internal stakeholders and clients.
Additionally, he / she will need to support system enhancement projects such as to participate in user acceptance tests and develop user requirements during the digitalisation/ transformation phase.
Successful applicants will be joining a strong and established organization with nurturing team leader.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Min Degree holder with 1 year of working experience in credit control
- Prior working experience in supporting digitalization and system implementation is preferred
- Competent in MS Office - Excel, Word
- Knowledge in Power BI is a plus
- Possess excellent negotiation and communication skills
