- To coordinate and supervise bin-in, bin-out, Change Location and Cargo consolidation process.
- Performing daily location audit for every bin-out transactions. Reconcile variance on inventory abnormality/discrepancy.
- Ensure stock accuracy, cargo consolidation and prepared empty location for bin-in.
- Performing daily location audit on daily bin-out stuffing schedule with the respective location, to ensuring that Grade, Lot No, Qty, been issued and balance are correct.
- To check inventory stocks are sufficient for container stuffing as required in stuffing schedule.
- To check and ensure all cargoes are stacked properly in good condition.
- Daily patrol to check on cargo storage.
- To make advance reservations at bin-out process or other locations for urgent shipment.
- To put up identification with details of reservations on cargo.
- To identify/indicate on hold on cargoes concerned.
- To collect all torn bags record forms and verifies with physical and WMS torn Bag Monitoring Report. Inform Superior on any discrepancies.
- Assist to segregate torn bag into different product.
- Record scrap quantity in the weekly scrap of damage bag form.
- To perform all other tasks assigned by his superior.

**Environmental Management System**:

- To place priority on health, safety and environmental matters.
- To ensure and maintain Personal Protective Equipment are in good condition. Damaged or faulty Personal Protective Equipment should be replaced immediately.
- To practice good housekeeping by:

- Clean up or do housekeeping during work and before leaving the workplace.
- Assist to ensure passageways, staircases and access to emergency or firefighting should be free from obstruction.
- To wipe up spill oils, grease, forklift battery water or liquid immediately. Floor should be kept clean and free from oil and grease.
- To dispose waste materials according to its classifications. For e.g.
- Waste resins to dispose in the Waste Resin Bin
- Used oily cloth and sawdust to dispose in the appropriate spill kits wastes.

In the event of Spillage Control Emergency Plan:

- To inform Warehouse Supervisor/Executive or Manager immediately.
- To retrieve appropriate items from spill kits nearest to site and attempt to control spillage from spreading further.
- Seal and stop source of spill if possible not to allow route of entry into sewer or drainage to prevent water contamination.
- To adhere to any further instructions from Warehouse Manager.
