IT Internship

We are looking for IT Internship for our IT Business Support Team.

As an intern, you shall perform IT helpdesk support to Singapore and our regional offices users on a daily operational perspective. The helpdesk support shall work alongside with guidance from the IT Manager to provide quick turnaround solutions and advices to the end users during the normal business operation.

Responsibilities: - Engage with end-users and provide specific quick turnaround solution
- Provide IT technicial guidance as necessary
- Provide IT-related documents (e.g., worflow)
- Other relevant duties and responsibilities that may be assigned
