**Requirements**:
- 1-4 years of practical fitness experience, particularly in group exercise formats.
- Proven track record in leading group fitness programs.
- Strong communication skills (English proficiency).
- Genuine interest in growing a career in fitness.
- Dedication to delivering the S30 experience and helping members succeed.
- Ability to build strong relationships with members and the team, fostering a supportive fitness community.
- Problem-solving skills for addressing member or process challenges.
- A fun-loving, positive attitude and a true passion for the job.
- Ability to manage processes that maintain the quality and standard of our S30 programs and experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver dynamic group workouts that combine strength and cardio, ensuring every session aligns with the S30 experience.
- Build strong relationships with members, providing the support and motivation needed to help them achieve their fitness goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained and the studio remains hygienic.
- Manage class formats, ensuring smooth and efficient operations while keeping members engaged.
- Promote the S30 experience, attracting new members and helping to grow our fitness community.
- Collaborate with fellow trainers and the studio manager to enhance the overall S30 experience and explore business growth opportunities.
**Job Details**:
- Salary: $2,500 - $3,500 per month (based on experience)
- Commission: Payable based on performance
