Sales Development Representative (hybrid)

The role is hybrid with flexible working arrangements.

**Focus Areas**
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives in your region
- Manage both Inbound and Outbound prospecting campaigns to provide high-quality leads to designated Account Executives.
- Work directly with sales and marketing to drive prospects through the pipeline.
- Collaborate with the sales team members to target Named Accounts (in the SEA region) with innovative and strategic approaches
- Research & identify new accounts, contacts, and opportunities
- Follow-up diligently and methodically on all prospective leads
- Consistently achieve the quarterly quota based on qualified opportunities
- Utilise Salesforce & Outreach.io to ensure activities are documented properly

**About You**
- Ideally, previous experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English; other languages e.g. Thai would be an advantage
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Growth mindset and a proactive attitude
