If you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing and entrepreneurial environment, then look no further. We are looking for Key Account Manger to join Singapore team. You will be responsible for the sales of Singapore and Malaysia offline business.

**Your main responsibilities**:
- Overall sales target achievements, budget control, and profitability
- Work closely with retailers/distributors to develop and execute a long-term growth strategy
- Develop sales and trade marketing strategies
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure trade and above the line activities are aligned to support the growth strategy
- Conduct contract, pricing and trading term negotiations
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing campaigns effectiveness / ROI
- Develop and keep track of sales forecast and to meet the demands of the markets
- Demand planning and monitor inventory movement
- Generate monthly sales reports and analysis of the sales performance
- Identify opportunities and gaps to drive growth
- Manage day-to-day operations of the business
**Requirements**:
- Min. 5 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG (personal care) or pharmaceutical industry
- Working experience with/for distributor and/or modern trade
- Fluency in English. Fluency in Mandarin, Malay/Bahasa Malaya is a plus
