ISADD provides a holistic, evidence-based service to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other related disabilities. ISADD was established in 1994 in Perth. Western Australia, and was the first private service provider to offer ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) based early intervention services in Singapore since 1999. Today ISADD provides modern ABA, and is responsive to new evidence as it becomes available. ISADD has established further bases across other states in Australia, New Zealand, Brunei, Indonesia and Europe.

We are looking for dynamic, high energy and fun loving individual to be part of our therapy team, to make a difference in the lives of special needs children and their families.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Case Manager/Senior Therapist you will be responsible for the implementation of the client’s individualised intervention program using Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) methodologies, supervising and supporting the implementation of intervention programs by the therapy team, and providing consultation, training and behaviour management support for client families.

Ongoing training and support of various behavior management strategies and intervention programs in teaching children with Autism and Developmental Delay will be provided by the Program Manager who works closely with you to support your work with the clients and the therapy team.

Therapy sessions are conducted at the family’s home, childcare center, school or ISADD center. These sessions are usually two hours in duration with each child.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATION:
Diploma, Bachelor or Master’s degree in psychology, Early Childhood Education or related field

Experience in working with special needs children

Fun and high-energy individual who excels in playing with children

SALARY:
$3500 to $4500

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
