Singapore Control Risks Full time

We are seeking a Security Operator to join us in Singapore, supporting a global banking client as part of an established (physical security) GSOC.

This role will involve the operation and monitoring of all systems within the SOC in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring integrity, accuracy and confidentiality of all information, and providing efficient support to the SOC Supervisor and Manager.

This will initially be a 6-month contract to cover a period of maternity leave and will operate on a rotating shift pattern including night shifts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor all systems within the SOC in an efficient manner ensuring that all work is undertaken in compliance with the site instructions.
- Ensure that all incidents monitored in the system are reported as prescribed and the relevant actions taken as are necessary and determined by the circumstances.
- Ensure good relations are maintained with all members of staff at all levels.
- Maintains all the Access control systems smoothly operation.
- LENEL Enterprise access control system (Card issuance, Cancellation, Access level modification, report generation).
- Provide support in all Audit related queries & documentation.
- Access rights addition/deletion/modification.
- Maintain the New Joiners KPI.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in a Security Operations Centre team or a related physical security role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of incident management, problem management and change management best practices.
- Superior communication skills and ability to brief senior management team.
- Knowledge in various access control and CCTV operating system
- Lenel based professional certifications highly desirable (LCA/LCP/LCE)
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work under little to no direct supervision in high pressure environments.
