For our Product Management Team, we are looking for a new colleague to fill the position of a Product Specialist in our Singapore office. If you are interested in what is happening in adjoining departments and in understanding how and where processes interlink and how software products can support our daily work, then you are the perfect fit for our team.

**Essential Functions**:

- Support departments with existing solutions within our software products.
- Manage support requests & tickets in-house as well as with software vendor support teams.
- Collaborate with the Product Managers in finetuning existing and defining new processes across all departments
- Continue to build and maintain a knowledge base for the team as well as for our users.
- Become a specialist in using the tools most efficiently and in line with business requirements.
- Give introductory product training to colleagues and new joiners.
- Support the Product Manager with the implementation of new tools & features.

**Skill Requirements**:

- You are keen to discover the complexity of processes within Oldendorff and support the same on software products within and across several departments.
- Your role as intermediary between the departments’ key users and Technology requires excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- You describe yourself as a person with a high sense of responsibility, eagerness to learn new content and a good balance of flexibility and focus.
- A dedication to technology can be of help but is not a must.
- The ability to prioritize and to display confidence in thinking outside the box is key to this position.
- Experience in any shipping related department is an advantage but not a requirement.

**Required / Preferred Education and Experience**:

- Minimum of Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Relevant background experience that would benefit incumbent in this role, preferred

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $7,300.00 per month
